Additionally, the solution focused on streamlining the approval workflow, simplifying the sample approval process to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate client responses. Finally, it was designed to facilitate scalable growth, ensuring the system could handle increasing order volumes efficiently while avoiding future operational inefficiencies.
